Well let's Start by the sig I already have this one:
Well when you are done with your sig all you need to do is add the text:
After you have chosen the text and wrote what you wanted to be in it, get the rectangle marquee tool and make a rectangle around the text fill the rectangle with the bucket-fill tool. It should be looking like this by now:
After that, with the rectangle marquee tool still on go to Edit>Stroke. Select a color and use 2px to stroke it.
Now erase the borders of the rectangle with a circular soft brush.
And now you can low the layer's opacity to make it look a little bit better. I lowered it to 60%
And that's it.
