You may edit the red text, or just remove it(not the whole line, just the red text!)

You also need to make a custom Tab with the name:
Support Ticket

and the URL:
/?action=pm;sa=send;u=1;other=SupportTicket

The Red Number is the user number it will send to.  You may change it if you want.

Uh moose, the URL is in the code that you have uploaded to your googlepages. You might wanna include the profile number as a variable in the script that goes into the header.
